Will hit the big 60 on January 14 2008, (Capricorn). Spent 20 years in the navy (Vietnam Veteran) and then worked in the casino industry for 15 years before retiring at the age of 52. I now do a lot of volunteer Advocacy work assisting Australian Defence Force Veterans to ensure that they get all their entitlements from the Government. Basically I think I'm fairly laid back and easy going, as long as people don't shake my tree....

As I was a teenager in the 60s, that will always be my era for favourite entertainers and music. However I do love light classical music, especially the music played by the Dutch conductor Andre Rieu and the Johan Strauss Orchestra. Also like most country music.

I usually watch all poker tournaments on TV and play at Pokerstars on the Internet under the name of Koalapete.

1981, I was in the Royal Australian Navy at the time on exchange posting to the US Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. I took a weeks leave prior to returning to Australia and spent most of it in Las Vegas.

When I go there usually once a year for the World Series of Poker, I stay for about five weeks. It's a world where I can do basically anything I want at any time of the day or night. No timetables or any set routine. Just enjoy myself doing my own thing.
