The Freakin' Frog (across from UNLV) is hosting RESODENCE (local sound), a local showcase for singer/songwriters every Thursday Night. This is your chance to hear what these up-and-coming Vegas stars have to offer. No cover bands – just original music. Check out our artist’s pages to get a preview of the quality music you’ll be singing along to before the rest of the country!

Shows are 21+. But you can buy your younger friends a copy of our artists CDs so they don’t miss out.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

This is your chance to hear the hot bands of tomorrow before they hit it big. This is an event for people who want to play and listen to fresh original music. We also invite people who want to buy some CDs...and drink beer..... and wine........ and Jack Daniels:-)

WHEN DO THESE SHOWS TAKE PLACE?

Shows take place every Thursday night of each Month. The shows start at 8:30pm. Sometimes they end at midnight, sometimes they don't. Check out the fliers for details.

There is no cover so remember to drink hard, tip harder, and support our talented musicians.

INTERESTED IN PERFORMING?

If you are a talented artist interested in performing, please contact show organizer at resodence@gmail.com. He drinks Coors Light ;-) NOTE: This is not a jam session, an open mic night, or a showcase for your cover band. There is an expectation of original music and professionalism. However, because we are not getting paid for this the artists are allowed to do whatever they want to. Artists are given 45 minutes to showcase themselves in any way they feel. We provide the PA, the Sound Guy, the stage, the lights, the myspace promotion and some moral support. The artists need only to bring their instruments, talent and courage.

NOTE: This is a restaurant/bar and not a coffee shop. 21+ only. There is no smoking allowed.
