Fellow Anthem Homeowners: Unfortunately, like most homeowners in Anthem Country Club, I have left it to others to determine the fate of our community, trusting that those who choose to volunteer will always act in our best interests. I got GREAT news at the the latest Crystal Ball Seminar which was held on April 24th at the Texas Station! it looks like Las Vegas will be coming out of the housing slump sooner than predicted by national economists.
