Although New Orleans is known as the birthplace of Jazz, locals know the “rhythm & blues” scene is another great tradition of the city’s musical culture and roots… freewheeling, happy-go-lucky music with high energy arrangements, soul-shaking horns, and vocals that get you feeling that funky New Orleans beat!

Joint’s Jumpin’ is a musical revue featuring a 15-piece “A-list” group of New Orleans musicians and vocalists. They will be performing classic New Orleans Rhythm & Blues hits from the 1950s and 1960s LIVE on Harrah's Theatre stage… songs originally recorded by… Lloyd Price, Huey "Piano" Smith, Chris Kenner, Smiley Lewis, Irma Thomas, Clarence "Frogman" Henry, Barbara George, Art Neville, Robert Parker, Fats Domino, Shirley & Lee, Joe Jones, Professor Longhair, Aaron Neville, and others.
