I continue to educate myself and have my ABR,GRI and the most important designation, my CRS which is equivalent to a Masters. When choosing a Realtor it is important to know they hold the CRS designation.
What is a CRS ??
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. 2% Realtors hold the CRS Designation.
My husband and myself found Rhonda when we began looking for a house in LV a few years ago...and so glad we did!
