December 10-13th...

I am going to be down in Vega$ december 10-13th if anyone wants too hook up one night or something! I am going with an old friend I hadn't seen or talked too in like 8 years, he looked me up on facebook and said he was going down there then so now we both going. I was going to go solo sometime this year, but since he is already going I had to follow..lol Vega$ here we come!

I am arriving in AM on 13th, bringing a Vegas Virgin with me - home base is Planet Hollywood. Schedule is fluid, but I believe we have one of the Cirque shows that night to see.

I am heading out at 7 pm on the 13th...my friend is heading out around noonish so I will just be hanging out watching football till my flight comes in...wheres a good sports book to hang out?

Where are you staying? From what I have seen, PH sports book is actually ok - they have maybe seating for 50, ample TV sets - sometimes they open a couple extra betting windows - they used to give drink coupons with each bet. I have seen the Mirage Sports Book and wouldn't recommend it unless you get there super early and can sit - saw it during the March Madness and the place was wrecked (my opinion obviously could be skewed because it was March Madness, but the place was a mess). I have heard Caesars is decent but cannot confirm. Downtown, I am not sure - Four Queens doesn't really have one - their sports book is an old guy taking bets in front of a chalkboard, although in the rear of the casino they have a small brew pub that would be ideal for watching sports - great food, great brews too, and its a cigar store too.
