Double deck pitch blackjack
I know they've renovated the NYNY casino a bit since I was last there (March last year)... just want to make sure they still have the $25 double deck pitch blackjack tables at the NYNY. I've generally had really good luck with them (though I gave quite a bit back the last time just before I left...), so I just want to make sure they're still around.
Also, any other casinos with double deck pitch? I know the MGM Grand has one table... but it's $100 minimum.
I'll be there again in March, so just scoping out my options... though for some reason MGM has been stingy with my offers lately (last time I had 3 nights comped by MGM, reduced rate offer at NYNY... had the night at NYNY comped at the end, along with the measly food I had charged to the room, and got a $50 comp for Gallagher's after I had checked out).

Don't have specifics, but I would think a number of the Strip megaresorts, particularly the MGM-owned former Wynn properties and the current Wynn properties, would have double deck, but these games would probably be high-limit. But I would also imagine that there's plenty of low-limit double-deck downtown and at the locals joints.
As usual, Current Blackjack News which can be purchased at www.bj21.com can give a good rundown. And, also as usual, stay away from the 6-5 tables!

Yeah, I know about the double deck and CBJN, but I'm looking for pitch (dealt face down)... I just find it more fun than blackjack where you can't touch the cards. CBJN doesn't list whether it's dealt face down or face up.

I was in Vegas the beginning of February and Flamingo had DD pitch BJ for $25 min. Downtown, I played @ Binions and Fitz and they had it for $10 min.

The DD I've seen downtown and at the locals places has been all pitch. The ones at the former and current Wynn places may be face up, though.

Re: Double deck pitch blackjack
I've never seen a pitch game dealt face up. Do they do that?
I always thought that the face-up thing was to speed up the multi-deck shoe games even faster (i.e., "if these folks are dumb enough to not object to 8 decks, they probably won't mind us dealing it face up. Heck, why don't we add a CSM while we're at it."). It always seemed to me that, when they do offer the pitch games, they're sort of catering to the experienced/loyal BJ player who might be insulted by a face up game. Not to mention that pitching face up might actually slow things down.

They don't deal pitch games face up... there are double deck games on the Strip that deal face up (non-pitch), so they're dealt as if they are from a shoe (only the dealer touches the cards). The Mirage does this, for example.

Re: Double deck pitch blackjack
The last few times I was in Vegas I played a double-deck pitch game (face down) at the Venetian. It was $25 min. bet. As one of the other posters said, they also have the double-deck face up game at the Mirage, which I have had my share of luck at.
I've also played a double-deck pitch game at the Bellagio but it was $100 min. bet.

If a double deck game is dealt non-standard (face-up from a shoe), CBJN indicates "shoe." In the absence of this notation, it's very likely to be a face-down double deck.
