Rainbow Near Cheyanne Good or Bad?

Just got approved for La Ventana, my co-workers are giving me mixed reviews. Went by there in the daytime and at night 'round 10pm seemed OK. No recent online reviews. I'm torn if I should keep looking or stay put for 6 months.

Looks like the 2009 online reviews are mixed too, though seems to lean negative.

I think the apt complexes on Rainbow betw Peak Dr & Smoke Ranch are a bit dicey. Yours is just north of that. I would be concerned about crime and look for a place on the other side of US-95.

I lived in condo at Cheyenne/Buffalo for 18 months, leaving late 2009. Never a problem & nice area. The rental market is very competitive now. Maybe Rhonda can tell you if any condos for rent that would work for you.

Yeah we do have some condo rentals there . Also I think you (Chipper) were in the Desert Shores condos , The Mar A Largo is my favorite , I havent rented many of them out but have sold many and my clients love living in that area.
