Looking to move to LV with 2 roommates we are all from out of state and we are looking for a good section of LV to move to .

> -Gas Oven (If not, electric will do.)
> -Bath and Shower combo bathroom
> -Refrigerator included
> -High Speed Internet / Fiber Optic if possible
> -Garbage disposal in sink
> -perhaps close to public transportation
> -Central Heating and Cooling
> -A balcony if possible
> -Close to strip but in a nice neighborhood
