I'm a fool for anything Vegas, and everyone who doesn't have "the fever" thinks I'm outta my mind (ya know they may be onto something?)


I like to travel, like to shop, like to eat and I like penny slots.

I'm convinced there is an old lady trapped inside me. Penny slots, oldies music, game shows, luxury monster sedans, coupon carrying, leopard prints and gaudy jewelry.

I am not afraid to venture out into the world on my own and prefer to dance to the beat of my own drum.

I love all the live entertainment in Vegas.

My favorite show I've seen in Vegas was Dita Von Teese at MGM's Crazy Horse. I am a big fan of burlesque and love the Vegas nudie shows. My second favorite thing to do is laugh (take one look at me and you'll know why!) so I like going to the Improv at Harrah's. The first time I went it sucked for me because the guy was on HBO just before I left for Vegas and already heard his schtick.

I like generally all kinds of music, and even to my own shock I've gone countray lately!

I love dramatic action mystery/thriller movies. Casino is my favorite all time movie.

Big Empire. Inspired me deeply to try and do Vegas for $0.25 a day!

The overall tackiness. The contrasting opulence. The fact that I could be having a beer dancing to 70's cheese disco then enjoying a bottle of Moet and filet with live cello the next door down.

And my goodness, the SHOPPING. The EATING. The decadance of it all.

Of course I like plopping down my fanny at the slot machines and seeing how long I can play before having to potty.

Lastly the loss of sense of time. It got me in trouble once admittedly. I missed my flight unintentionally!
